For the last time, if *I* (maybe that's the key word I left out??) was told to ask specifically for someone rather than just pressing the standard parts/service extension, *I* would think anyone else that could possibly answer the phone would either screw something up or not give me as good a deal. There is a reason *most* people get singled out, good or bad. If the guy calls and can't figure out "press one for parts, 2 for service" then...I can't see how that would happen. And yes, I've been having a good time with your replies :)
